Application Process

After viewing the property, the leasing agent will provide an application. All applications put forward will need to include and are not limited to the following: Proof of Employment, Pay Stubs, Past References.

Availability of Unit's

The building has 10 available suites that are move in ready. Availability for possession is ASAP - reach out to management to find out if the unit you're looking for is still available!

Schedule Appointment

Please fill out the contact form under "SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT" in the top right header. It may take 2-3 business days to hear back from management due to high volumes of requests. Appointment walk throughs will take place in a group like setting.

Utilities + Internet

- Utilities are NOT included with the base rent. Each tenant is responsible for their own Utility costs per month (Water & Hydro)

- High Speed Internet IS included for each unit

Underground Parking

Each unit has (1) parking stall allocated to them for an additional $150 per month. Underground parking is also Heated. Entry to the parking garage is via McMillan Avenue. Street parking is available on McMillan Avenue, please call the city to verify use.

Pet Policy

The building has a strict pet policy. Only (1) pet per unit under 20 lbs. Pet's must be carried in all common areas and leashed. Please inquire with management to see whether these restrictions affect you or not.
